Reports
Overview
Use reports to analyze Task outputs. Reports allow you to generate an analysis you can share with your team in an instant.
Using Reports
You can generate a report for each task you run. The structure of the report varies based on the type of task.
To create a report you run a analyze task, learn more in task/create. In future you will be able to generate custom reports, specific to your needs.
Report examples
-
You ran a task to select sequences from a dataset. You generated a report based on the task output.
-
The report shows an overview of mutation frequencies, a structural plot of your protein of interest and key metrics to evaluate the library generated by Cradle.
After generating a report move on to your next planned task. After training models, scoring sequences and selecting a library you are ready to test in the lab. After assaying your sequences, import your data and run some more tasks to get closer to your experimental goal.
