Workspaces

Overview

When starting with Cradle, your Customer Success manager will invite you to your workspace for your organization. Your workspace is the home for all data, projects and tasks. No data can be shared across workspaces, everything imported to your workspace will stay private to your organization.

Only organization admins can invite members and configure workspaces.

Configuring your workspace

Only administrators can invite members and configure the settings of a workspace.

Workspace settings

To make changes to the workspace settings, go to Workspace by selecting the workspace name in the upper left corner and choosing Settings. Administrators can do the following:

  • Change the workspace name and URL.
  • Set a company logo.
  • Add or remove members.
  • Manage member access permissions.

Setting up your account

You should have received an invitation to Cradle. If this isn't the case, please reach out to your Customer Success manager.

Once the invitation is received, you can log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) with your organization's email address.

Creating projects

After configuring your workspace and inviting team members, you can start setting up Projects.
