Run individual tasks
Other Tasks
If you are using Cradle API, or has specific workflow or configuration needs that fall outside of the guided round, you can configure and run computational tasks individually.
In the web application, these will be shown under Other tasks section. Tasks that map to a step in the guided round (Train, Design) will appear inside that step's view alongside guided tasks; tasks that don't map to a guided step will remain under Other tasks.
While such custom computational tasks will not be shown in the traceability overview, the are still linked to a given round and their outputs can be used for subsequent steps. For example, the round's final plate design isn't restricted to guided generations, you can select sequences for the lab plate from a custom-run generation.
The tasks and their purpose is as follows:
