Projects
Learn about projects at Cradle and how to create them.
Use projects to organize your work with Cradle. Each project involves optimizing a protein towards a specific goal. Within a project you can upload data, create different rounds, use Cradle's machine learning functionality through tasks, and view reports about the sequences you generate.
Project examples
- A project optimizing an enzyme for a single catalysis
- A project optimizing an antibody for a single target
Creating projects
To create a project navigate to your workspace and click the + New project button. To create a project through the API learn more in /project.
Your subscription with Cradle determines the number of project slots in your workspace. Each project slot can include one active project. If one of your existing Cradle projects is paused you can archive it to use your slot for a different project.
Example
Your subscription with Cradle includes two project slots. You use slot 1 for your project A, the main protein you are working on. You use the slot 2 for project B. After this project finishes you archive project B, then you can use slot 2 for project C.
Archiving projects
To archive a project navigate to the project you want to archive. Click on your project name and click on Archive project. To archive a project through the API learn more in /project.
Unarchiving a project can only be done through the API, learn more in /project.
